I cannot recommend mini amigos highly enough! I was really nervous about leaving my 10 month old with a stranger abroad but I really didn’t need to be. I was persuaded to book by seeing such amazing reviews, particularly one by someone I know so took the plunge and booked two nights of baby sitting while we were in Tenerife. Jill was quick to respond and sent over all her documents promptly, which I found really reassuring. Communication was fantastic and she messaged the day before to check we were still ok to go ahead. Jill arrived a few minutes early and text me to let me know she was outside so as not to wake the baby! We had a discussion about all my little girls needs if she woke up and off we went and had a lovely meal and a few cocktails! On the second night, my daughter had a danger nap on the way back from the jungle park 🤦‍♀️ and wouldn’t go to sleep as normal at 7pm. Jill was lovely, said she was happy to play with her until she was tired and immediately engaged her with her toys. She barely looked up when we said goodbye! Jill kept in touch and text regularly to let me know when she was asleep and that all was well. This meant I could really relax and be safe in the knowledge all was ok. We are lucky enough to own an apartment in los cristianos and come to Tenerife regularly. I can’t tell you how happy we are to have found a reliable service that we will use time and time again! Thanks so much Jill, those chilled evenings were just what we needed xxx

We have recently returned from costa adeje and were lucky enough to have used Sharron our nanny for 3 evenings. Sharron instantly made a connection with our 6 year old son and he always looked forward to seeing her and asking if Sharron was putting him to bed again! We were able to have 3 meals out kid free which is a rarity with a 5 month old. Sharron kept us updated while we were out and was able to resettle our 5 month old easily when he woke one evening. We will be back to tenerife and looking to use Jill and Sharrons services without hesitation.

Thank you so much Antonia for your incredible help with our little boy (8-10 months old) during our 2 months stay in beautiful Tenerife. Your experience is golden and you are so talented and passionate about the babies. Hugo absolutely loved spending time with you! He developed incredibly and learnt crawling (hurray!) We're so lucky and grateful we have found you. We will miss you and your amazing energy so much! Hopefully we will come back soon and meet you again! To all Mamas - Antonia is wonderful, don't hesitate to book her immediately!

After a difficult year we decided to go ahead with our trip to Tenerife, primarily because we knew we would be able to have a break thanks to the excellent childcare afforded by Jill and her team. On a previous trip 2 years ago Jill had given us such personalised care and we were so happy knowing that our son, then aged 2 was being entertained and having the best time. Even in the months leading up to the holiday, Jill was on hand via WhatsApp giving us advice, contacting the hotel for us and putting us at ease. On the holiday itself, Sharron was our nanny. Our 3.5 year old was so excited to see her every day, knowing that he would have the best morning in the kids club, playing mini golf or going to the beach. She was warm, punctual and experienced. We felt so at ease with her. We then brought my 10 month old to join them after her nap and it gave us some much needed time off. She would make sure that they were both fed and happy. My baby giggled with delight every time she saw Sharron and she very much became part of the family on holiday. In such troubling times it was a breath of fresh air to be able to have Jill, Sharron and the team with us. We would never go back to Tenerife with young children without them again!

Antonia looked after our daughter (age 4) and son (age five months) during our recent trip Tenerife and was fantastic with them both. She kept them both entertained and happy and gave us complete peace of mind and a break! We would thoroughly recommend Antonia and Mini Amigos.

I found mini amigos online by searching for childcare in Tenerife. Leaving our daughter with a stranger was obviously a bit daunting but I felt comfortable having read other parents comments. I didn’t need to worry, Jill was brilliant at communicating and following our daughters routine, our daughter was clearly very comfortable and happy in Jill’s care. If you are not sure, go for it, it was our best time as a family since our daughter was born, we felt like we actually had time to relax and enjoy ourselves but also enjoy real quality time together as a family. Thank you Jill, we will be back ?

Thank you so much for making our sons holiday enjoyable! Antonia was fabulous with our 10 month old son from day one. She took him out, played with him, fed him well and tired him out so he slept through the night and looked forward to seeing her every day. I wish we we could take Antonia home with us! We will definitely use again when we're back!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Jill and her team. From first point of contact, we were struck by how organised Jill was she shared her local knowledge with us details and information on the surrounding areas. In addition she also clearly laid out her availability and prior commitments and on the morning she was not able to join us another member of her team Madeline came an entertained out children Madeline bought bread to feed the ducks and age appropriate toys in order to keep the children entertained. Jill is kind, patient and loving, she is skilled with young children. We have Two young children ages 18 months and 34 months. We felt our children were in safe hands nurtured and well cared for, they looked forward to seeing Jill for a “play date“ in the mornings and in the evenings she came to take care of them. We have had the benefit of Jill’s help on two separate trips to Tenerife and both times the care received was first class. Having Jills help certainly meant that we where able to have a restful and enjoyable holiday. We look forward to our return trip to Tenerife and plan on using mini amigos again.
