We spent a week in Tenerife at the end of February. It was our first holiday abroad with our 9 month old daughter and we asked Jill to look after her for two mornings and three evenings. Jill was fantastic and our daughter took to her straight away, very much enjoying her two mornings in the Baobab Suites Kids Club whilst my husband and I had a few relaxing hours to ourselves. Having seen Jill’s interaction with our daughter during the day, we were very happy to leave Lily with her during the evening and thoroughly enjoyed our evenings out. It was very easy to get in touch with Jill and when our holiday didn’t quite end as planned due to a nasty stomach bug and we had to cancel our final evening’s babysitting at short notice, Jill was supportive and concerned, and checked how we were feeling once we had returned to the UK. Should we go back to Tenerife, we will definitely be getting in touch with Jill again, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for childcare on Tenerife.

We will definitely use Mini Amigos again next time we are in Tenerife. As soon as we met Cath our babysitter we knew we were leaving our children in safe hands. She was very professional and approachable, and with her kind and friendly demeanour the children took to her immediately Thanks for looking after them with such care Cath!

We had a wonderful experience with Jill from Mini Amigos while our stay at Gran Melia Hotel in Tenerife. Our 2-year-old son long after she left was asking for her and also repeating 'cheeky-monkey' as Jill called him:) We are also extremely grateful for her flexibility - we asked her to take care of our son with very short notice. She agreed although she had to rearrange her own plans. Thank you!

Jill and her team were absolutely fantastic. Our babysitter Sharron was great and watched our 18 month old son 4 nights of our holiday and allowed us some much needed relaxing, adult time! Communication was great, and we felt completely comfortable leaving our son with Sharron! Would absolutely recommend the service and can’t wait to use again when we return to Tenerife! Thank you all!

Thank you to Jill and the team for making our holiday an actual holiday where we were able to fully relax! Our nanny Sharon was fantastic and managed to make it look easy taking care of our 6 month old twins. We were also grateful for her flexibility and helpfulness. Looking forward to repeating it again next year!!!

Jill looked after our two girls (aged 2, and 4 months) for a few hours on most days of our stay in Tenerife, and it absolutely made our holiday. We had a mix of mornings and afternoons to ourselves, and even a couple of evenings out without a push-chair: a rare treat! For the kids - Jill was great with our girls; we always felt they were in good hands, and the eldest seemed to have enjoyed lots of different activities: she is still talking about it a week later! Jill covered play-times, nap-times and some evenings for us and always seemed to have it all running smoothly. This was way more than "just" a baby-sitting service: Jill made a real effort to get to know the girls, play with them, make sure they had their naps etc.; she even brought them a bag of toys and books for their stay which was very thoughtful, and really helpful as we hadn't flown out with all that much. Really happy with the quality and attention that went into looking after the little ones. They had a great time. For the parents - Jill was so helpful from the outset, even giving us hotel and restaurant recommendations to help plan the holiday. Once we got to Tenerife, Jill was great at communicating, flexible with days & times and always in touch when need be to tell us how the kids were getting on - a perfect score for making life as easy as possible for us during our stay: we really felt we had the best care possible for the girls, and the most flexible service we could have asked for on our part. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Jill and her team to anyone visiting Tenerife - it really made our holiday (to the point where we'd probably pick Tenerife over other short-haul destinations!). We were recommended by friends to contact Jill on our first visit to Tenerife. We wanted a babysitter to ensure some relaxing baby-free evenings and we were honoured to have Jill sit for us herself. She was efficient and professional in her emails and I was surprised and very impressed to receive all her qualifications and accreditations in advance of our booking. She was absolutely lovely when we met her and was kind enough to lend us a baby monitor which we really appreciated. She sent regular messages on the (thankfully) sleeping babies throughout the evening which allowed us to relax and enjoy our dinner. We would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

I really would like to thank Jill! she is wonderfull. we came to Tenerife for a wedding and i contacted Jill a few months before the wedding. although our house was in north-tenerife, she made it work. they came the day before to meet the girls. they were lovely with all the girls, played with them, made them feel comfortable. at the day itself, they updated us on the kids with pictures and messages. because of you we could really enjoy the wedding because we knew the girls were in good hands. thanks again and whenever we are back in Tenerife we will contact you again!

Well where do Start....From the 1st moment of contact, Jill was prompt, professional and reassuring. We stayed at Bahia del Duque and wanted some adult only time in the days and evenings. Originally we only booked a few hours a day as we didn't know how our daughter would take to a nanny. We had an amazing lady called Sharron, and our daughter loved her immediately. She even cried at the end of each day when she had to go home. We ended up having Sharron all day and most evenings, and we feel we have met friends for life with both Jill and Sharon. I would highly highly recommend this company and would never use anyone else. Super professional and all questions 0answered before we even asked! This company is of an extremely high standard and it certainly shows. All sharrons documents were sent to us with our booking email without us even asking. I cannot thank you enough and we can't wait to see you again in a few months when we return, then year after year. Ps: Isabella keeps crying for you Sharron ?.

We've just come back from a stay at the Abama and i couldn't recommend Jill and her team enough! With two little ones, we wanted a couple of "grown-up" dinners and Jill and Sharron both babysat for us. I instantly knew we were in good hands, and felt very comfortable leaving my 2 year old and 7 month old baby with them. We get texts during the evening to let us know that everything was ok, and it meant that my husband and I could really relax knowing the kids were fast asleep! Jill is very warm and caring, i also met her in the kids club and saw how affectionally she was looking after two of her charge...next time i wouldn't hesitate to leave my kids with her during the day as well! Thanks for making our trip extra relaxing. PS i also needed some more nappies during our stay which Jill kindly arranged - again, one less thing to have to think about!
